Terms of Service
Operator: [your name or organisation] · Contact: [your contact e-mail]. Fill these in, and have these terms reviewed for where you operate, before opening the site to players.
1. What this is
This casino is a game site for players of the DonutSMP Minecraft server. Balances are DonutSMP in-game money: you deposit by paying our bots in-game and withdraw by having our bots pay you in-game. Balances are not real-world money, cannot be bought or sold for real-world money here, and have no value outside DonutSMP. This site is not run by, endorsed by or affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang or Microsoft.
2. Who may play
- You must be at least 18, and playing must be legal where you are.
- One account per person. Your account is tied to one Minecraft account; deposits and withdrawals only go to and from that Minecraft account.
- Follow DonutSMP's own rules. If DonutSMP restricts your account or its money, we cannot reverse that.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
- Only payments to our listed bots, from the Minecraft account linked to your casino account, are credited. Money sent anywhere else, or from another account, cannot be traced to you.
- Minimum amounts apply and are shown in the wallet. Withdrawals may be reviewed by staff before they are sent, and may take longer when no bot that can cover them is online.
- If an in-game payment's outcome is unclear (for example the bot disconnected), we check it by hand before paying again or refunding.
4. Games and fairness
- Game results come from provably-fair systems: you can verify past results from the revealed seeds (the Fairness screen of each game; for Crash and Slide, the published hash chain).
- Each game shows its return to player. Bet and payout limits apply; a single bet cannot pay more than the shown maximum.
- A bet is final once placed. If a technical fault voids a round, the stake is returned.
5. Bonuses, rakeback, races, referrals and tips
- Rakeback, race prizes and referral commission are paid as balance and follow the rules shown on their pages.
- Abuse (multiple accounts, collusion, referring yourself, arranging bets between accounts) voids these rewards and may close the accounts involved.
- Tips to other players are final.
6. Chat and conduct
No harassment, hate, spam, scams, advertising, begging, or sharing other people's personal information. Moderators may delete messages, mute or ban.
7. Closing accounts
You may ask us to close your account at any time; withdraw your balance first. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and hold balances while we investigate fraud. Balances that were obtained through fraud, a bug or abuse may be removed.
8. Responsible play
Gambling can become a problem. Set limits, take breaks, and never chase losses. You can ask us to exclude you from playing for a period; contact us.
9. Liability
The site is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by DonutSMP, Mojang or third-party outages, by in-game events outside our control, or by your account being accessed with your credentials.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept the current terms.
